How do I get started?
How will our relationship work?
There are no contracts to sign. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean, just a simple 30-day rolling agreement. We would prefer to earn your continued loyalty based on our ability to meet your needs than rely on a contractual relationship which is welcomed at any time.
Who will clean my business?
Your business will usually be cleaned by a team of two, fully trained, That’s Cleaning professional cleaning staff. For security and your peace of mind, our uniformed teams are fully covered by insurance. Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.
How many are in a team that will attend my order?
We do offer lone working but usually, the teams work in a minimum of two though some teams are three or more. The man-hours are divided down between them.
What will That’s Cleaning teams do in my business?
Our free in-place estimate and a detailed checklist allow us to better understand your cleaning needs and expectations. In addition to any special requirements that you may have requested you will be clear from the start on exactly what service we promise to provide.
Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?
That’s Cleaning is dedicated to making your life easier by making it easier and quicker to schedule a high-quality cleaning so, why not let it in our hands? All our teams are equipped with products and equipment, we ask for hot water and electricity to be present during the duration of the clean. The teams are fully insured and all equipment is tested. We also are able to use our customers cleaning equipment or supplies provided.
If you hold the keys of my business who will have access to them?
The That’s Cleaning Owner and the Supervisor who cleans your facilities are the only people who have access to your keys. The only identification is an individual key code number, the reference to which is always kept separate from the keys. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.
How do I pay for the service?
For regular cleaning service, we will invoice you at the end of the month. Our standard payment option is by bank transfer (Terms of payment 30 days) – please contact the Owner to review if other payment options are available.
VAT will be charged each month (N/A).
For a one-off or an occasional clean, a minimum of a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking.
How do I arrange special requests, changes or cancellations?
Please call or email our office, ideally providing us with seven working days notice, but no less than two working days.
In case you wish to cancel any existent cleaning agreement, a 30 days’ notice will be required.
What if something gets broken when my business is cleaned?
We treat your property with the utmost care. But if something is damaged or broken we will leave a note and will contact you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to have the item replaced if it cannot be repaired.
Do I have to be present when the cleaners are present?
Because we can hold 95% of our clients’ business keys, it is not essential that you are available to welcome our cleaning teams. If you are in when our teams are working, we have trained them to be discreet as possible so not to trouble you in any way.
How many hours will I require for a regular clean of my business?
Our employees do not work any quicker than you or I would initially as they simply choose to undertake this type of employment as their profession. That said, over time and usually following a minimum of 3 visits, they often increase efficiency by 25%. When booking hours be realistic otherwise the shorter time will result in things being rushed and areas missed, our intention is to complete the clean required.
